Quick LED Diagnostics

1. Single LED indication

LED	Color	Mode	Meaning
1	Off	—	Device is off or UHF RFID is inactive
1	White	Fast blinking	Inventory is enabled, RFID tags are being scanned
1	Cyan	Steady on	UHF RFID chip error or fault
2	Off	—	Device is off
2	Blue	Fast blinking	Device is on, no Bluetooth connection
2	Blue	Slow blinking	One or more Bluetooth connections exist
2	Green	Fast blinking	Bluetooth data exchange is in progress
2	Green	Steady on	Bluetooth communication error or data transmission failure
3	Off	—	Device is off
3	Red	Slow blinking	Device is operating from battery
3	Red	Fast blinking	Battery is charging via USB
3	Red	Steady on	Battery is charged, charging is complete
3	Yellow-green	Fast blinking	USB data exchange is in progress
3	Yellow-green	Steady on	Charging error, overheating or battery fault

All-LED indication	Meaning
Quickly blink 3 times in primary colors: white + blue + red	Device booted after Watchdog reset
Quickly blink 2 times in primary colors: white + blue + red	Device booted after normal shutdown
Quickly blink 2 times in secondary colors: cyan + green + yellow-green	Preparation for entering Ship mode
Steady primary colors: white + blue + red	Device is in DFU mode
Quickly blink 4 times in primary colors: white + blue + red	Preparation for entering engineering mode
Quickly blink 4 times in secondary colors: cyan + green + yellow-green	Preparation for factory reset
Steady secondary colors: cyan + green + yellow-green	New firmware is being applied during startup
Only red LEDs are lit: 1 / 2 / 3 LEDs	Battery charge indication: 0-20% / 21-80% / 81-100%
Only blue LEDs are lit: 1 / 2 / 3 LEDs	Bluetooth quality: low / medium / high
All blue LEDs blink quickly	In Bluetooth quality check mode, there is currently no connection
The 1st LED blinks quickly for about 2 seconds, then cyclic blinking starts	Start of 32-bit error code output
